Protect your ears! These adjustable, one-size-fits most muffs can be worn in the shop and on the job-site anytime you're using loud equipment to protect your hearing.

These red and black, lightweight headphones have a 26dB noise reduction rating and 360 degree rotation for greater flexibility.

Operation:
Place the headband over your head and adjust the muffs by gently sliding them up/down the band until you reach the desired fit. The earpiece should fit snugly and the cups should entirely cover your ears/fit entirely. (Your earlobe may fit within the depression.) If it pinches, adjust the earpiece angle until comfortable. 

Safety: Hearing protection devices are recommended to prevent noise-induced hearing loss and are particularly important when exposed to excessively loud environments of 85 dB or more.  Earplugs and muffs are approximately equal in sound reduction, although earplugs are better for low frequency noise and earmuffs for high frequency noise. You may also elect to use a pair of earplugs under a muff if you're using a thickness planer or another loud tool for an extended period of time.
